Apple Filling

  • 5 Honeycrisp Apples
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

Crisp Topping

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt


  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Wash and slice the apples into slices and place into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle on 1 tbsp of cinnamon and 2 tbsp of maple syrup. Mix until all of the apples are evenly coated. Then pour them into a 9x9 baking dish.
  • Next in a medium mixing bowl add all of the crisp topping ingredients and mix thoroughly. Press the mixture on top of the apples and place into the oven. Cook for 45 minutes until apples are tender and topping is golden, crispy.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
